About Us

Millie’s World is a family-owned, center-based early intervention program serving children ages 0–3 diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other disabilities. Since opening our doors in 2017, our mission has been to provide a safe, structured, and loving environment where children can develop the skills they need to thrive.

Our program uses Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques to build essential early skills such as sitting, attending, and eye contact. Through guided group sessions with 1:1 aides, children build skills they can carry into their natural routines and environments. We also provide Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Physical Therapy, offering a complete program to support every area of development.

What makes Millie’s World truly unique is the leadership of our director, Millie. With over 25 years of experience as an ABA therapist, Millie personally designs and oversees each child’s individualized ABA program using her own assessment tools and their Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP). She works hands-on with families and children, ensuring that every program is tailored to each child’s strengths and needs.

Millie’s passion for early intervention comes not only from her professional background, but also from her personal journey. As a mother of three, including a child with autism, she understands the journey firsthand and brings compassion and dedication to every family she supports. With small class sizes (maximum 10 children per classroom) and daily transportation available through Happy Days Transit Inc., we provide a supportive environment where children and families can grow together.

At Millie’s World, we believe in helping every child reach their fullest potential while building lasting, supportive relationships with families.

With over 25 years of experience as an ABA therapist, Millie has dedicated her career to supporting children with developmental delays and disabilities. As the Director of Millie’s World, she works hands-on with every child, creating individualized ABA programs using her own assessment tools and each child’s Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP).

What makes Millie’s leadership unique is her deep personal connection to the work. She is the proud mother of three children, one of whom has autism, and a proud new grandma (Milma) which gives her a profound understanding of both the challenges and the joys that families experience.

Her vision for Millie’s World has always been clear:
✨ A loving, family-run center
✨ A program where every child receives individualized care
✨ A place where families feel supported, empowered, and understood

Millie believes in building lasting relationships with families, ensuring that every child has the opportunity to learn, grow, and thrive.
